Since 2003, I have been working with borrowers to provide the best financing options at Bluefire Mortgage Group. We make the loan process faster, easier, better. My favorite part of mortgage lending is that it's riddled with complexities, challenges, and constant changes - there's never a dull moment!
Since 2014, I have been guiding borrowers through the loan process from start to finish, and have helped train new loan officers as we've scaled and expanded Bluefire Mortgage Group. Personally, my biggest strengths are my resourcefulness and ability to problem solve. My favorite part of mortgage lending is the safisfaction of helping people accomplish their goals of homeownership and real estate investing.
Since joining the mortgage industry, I have worked on hundreds of closed loans, put together dozens of road maps for prospective homeowners, and significantly improved internal systems ensuring the loan process is as smooth as possible. Working for a boutique mortgage lender has increased my technical loan knowledge, my interpersonal skills, and my ability to work well under pressure to meet critical deadlines. My favorite parts of mortgage lending are: creating an effective game-plan that puts clients on the right path towards home ownership, alleviating client's financial stress through a well timed refinance, and navigating unique and tricky loan scenarios.
I help navigate clients throughout the home purchasing process by guiding them to the best financing options available. My biggest strengths are being able to meet deadlines, efficiency, and being resourceful. I am prideful in my work and love helping families and individuals reach their financial goals. I believe in building genuine connections with people in my community and strive to help others when I can. Since 2021, I have acted as the liaison for our loan officers while ensuring a smooth closing process. My primary focus is on processing and underwriting loans. Our team ensures that each borrower is handled by experienced professionals. We are able to update loan status daily and closely monitor changing circumstances. My ultimate goals is to push loans through internally to get them to close quickly and efficiently. I love the fact that each borrower's loan file is unique. This creates different challenges for every loan that we work through.
