For the most part, a mortgage is usually the same, regardless of where it was originated. Sure there are some differences in costs, interest rates, and underwriting standards but what is the real difference between mortgage providers? We believe the main difference between mortgage companies is customer service.
At Bluefire Mortgage Group, we define customer service as a diligent and agile loan process with transparent communication that strives to not only provide clients with a superior loan product but also with information for them to make educated loan decisions in the quickest span of time as possible. This efficiency also allows us to drive down uncessary fees and costs, which are all passed on the borrower.
Bluefire Mortgage Group is a boutique shop where each client is given specialized, concierge services. Each client has three dedicated team members to insure their loan application receives the attention it deserves.
The process starts with an initial discuss with a Loan Officer who discusses wants, needs & concerns pertaining to the client’s mortgage. They collect the needed information for a loan application and provides loan options to the client to consider.
After the initial conversation with the Loan Officer, the client is introduced to what we call the Loan Partner who helps the client collect all the documents that are needed for a complete loan application and checks the documents for any red flags/potential questions that underwriting may ask. The Loan Partner does a review of the loan program that is quoted to the client to insure they are applying for the loan that best suits their needs, address any questions/concerns the client may have and keeps an open line of communication with the borrower throughout the entire loan process.
Behind the scenes, we have a Loan Processor who is giving every item pertaining to the loan a 3rd look over. The Loan Processor insurance that the proper disclosures are sent to the borrower with all the pertinent information accurately outlined. The Loan Processor maintains open lines of communications with internal work partners, such as Loan Underwriter, Escrow Officer and Title Representative, allowing the Loan Officer and Loan Partner to focus on providing the client the best possible customer service.
The Loan Officer, Loan Partner, Loan Processor, and Loan Underwriter work together closely allowing the team to seamlessly move each client’s loan through the loan process. The division of work allows amongst our team allows us to give ample attention to each client and allows us to close loans in an average of 15 days.
We refer to this as the Perfect Loan Process, which creates a systematic workflow designed to make the process as simple and as easy as possible.
